Service Description
Reiki sessions may be tailored to meet individual needs. 50 minute sessions begin with a brief energy cleanse and chakra analysis followed by traditional Reiki hand position holds (hovering above the skin or using light touch, based on your preference). Hydration before and after sessions is highly recommended to facilitate energy flow.
